Well hey there, nosy neighbour! (we're only joking)

It's great to meet you and we're so glad you're here!

Let us formally introduce ourselves, we are Jordan & Grace.

We're both Alberta born & small town raised girls; and couldn't be happier since making Spruce Grove our home in August of 2025.

We created Nourished Neighbourhood Meal Co. in the spring of 2026 to fill a gap in the meal prep business market in the Edmonton Metro area focusing more on home-style, comfort meals that feed your body AND your soul. Meal prep is for EVERYONE, not just individuals working on their fitness and health goals. Many of our customers are busy professionals, parents, seniors living independently that struggle to cook for one person, or just people looking to take back their free time and do things they enjoy instead of worrying about shopping, cooking and cleaning.

Our business is registered, licensed, permitted and insured - if you have further questions please reach out via our contact page and we will be happy to answer.

We OFFICIALLY introduced The Cookie Next Door by Nourished Neighbourhood in September of 2026. We presently make Cookie Pies but have a couple other unique desserts that will be coming soon! Our desserts are classified as low-risk food items by AHS (Alberta Health Services) and are baked in a home-kitchen not subject to inspection.

The most important thing to know about us is that we are foodies through and through. Feeding our family and friends is a huge part of both of our love languages. When you order from Nourished Neighbourhood Meal Co. you become part of a community, a part of our neighbourhood!
